RETURN & REFUND

**Return Policy**

 

At Bespoketshirt, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your product, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return and request a refund. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions for returning products:

 

**1. Request a Return Authorization:**

  - To begin the return process, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact us at [email protected] to request your RMA number.

 

**2. Include the RMA Number:**

  - Ensure that the RMA number is prominently displayed on the packaging when you return the product.

 

**3. Notify Us with Tracking Information:**

  - After receiving your RMA, please send the item back and notify us via email. Include your RMA number and the tracking number for the return shipment.

 

**4. Shipping Costs:**

  - You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the product. The return must be shipped within 30 days of receiving the RMA.

 

**5. Condition of Returned Product(s):**

  - The returned product(s) must be in good physical condition, without any physical damage.

  - Ensure that all accessories originally included with your purchase are returned with the product.

 

**Additional Terms and Conditions:**

  - Shipping and handling charges, gift wrapping fees, and any applicable taxes (such as state, customs, or VAT) are non-refundable.

  - You must prepay all shipping charges, and you assume the risk of loss or damage during the return shipping process.

  - If you return a product to Bespoketshirt without proper authorization or without all original parts and accessories, we reserve the right to either refuse the return or charge a restocking fee. This fee may amount to 30% of the original product price or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.

  - If the product is inspected and found to be in good physical condition, we may charge a 30% restocking fee to cover labor and repackaging costs.

 

**Non-Returnable Items:**

  - Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including:

   - Gift cards

   - Downloadable software products

   - Some health and personal care items

   - Items with obvious signs of use

   - Opened CD, DVD, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

   - Items not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

   - Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

**Refunds (if applicable):**

  - Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  - If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

 

**Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):**

  - If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. Delays may occur during the processing period.

  - If the issue persists, contact your bank. There may be additional processing time before the refund is posted.

**Sale Items (if applicable):**

  - Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.

 

**Exchanges (if applicable):**

  - We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please email us at [email protected] for further instructions. Please note that exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of delivery.

 

**Gifts:**

  - If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. After we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

  - If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves for later delivery, the refund will be credited to the gift giver.
